That’s why the sizing advice here is based specifically on body weight: M for 35-50 kg, L for 47-65 kg, XL for 62-85 kg and XXL for 82-95 kg. XXL is the largest size and fits up to 95 kg. In that case, choose the smaller size if you have a slim build and the larger one if you have broader shoulders, because the brace fits around your torso, not your waist. If you weigh over 95 kg, this model is outside the stated range. After putting it on, adjust the side straps until you feel the feedback across your upper back while still being able to breathe freely and stretch your arms forward. Gradually increase how long you wear it instead of wearing it all day from the start. Hand wash the brace, as machine washing will ruin the hook-and-loop fasteners. If you have persistent back or shoulder problems, it’s advisable to consult your doctor or physiotherapist.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0942/1032/6856/files/Nordspur_Alignix_Adjustable_Upper_Back_Brace_5.png?v=1789751863
