Attaching and setting it up

For a collar, use the key ring on the D-ring, not the adhesive strip - that's intended for flat surfaces such as a bag or a container. Pair the tracker with the app before putting it on your dog, then walk around the garden and house once to see where the signal drops off: indoors, walls make the 10-meter range shorter in practice than in the open air. Replace the button cell about twice a year; set a reminder on your phone, because you won't notice a dead tracker until the worst moment.
