Stainless Steel Chestnut Cutter, Zigzag Handle, Safely Scores Nuts, Handy Kitchen Nutcracker, Rinseable | Sansoti

Safely prepare chestnuts

Chestnuts have a hard, rounded shell that is difficult to cut with an ordinary knife. This kitchen tool with a stainless steel blade grips the nut instead of pressing down on it, letting you make a perfect cut with a single squeeze. The shaped handle with a zigzag pattern sits securely in your hand and keeps your fingers away from the blade. Perfect for the entire autumn season, it rinses clean quickly under the tap.

Benefits of this cutting tool

• No slipping blade: the blade grips the shell from the side, so no downward force is needed
• Non-slip zigzag texture: provides a secure grip even with damp hands and keeps your fingers at a safe distance
• Durable blade: stays sharp through many preparations and does not rust
• Lightweight construction: the tool won’t tire your wrist, even when preparing larger quantities
• Efficient operation: each nut is ready in one motion, with no back-and-forth movement
• Easy maintenance: smooth surface rinses clean immediately and takes up little space

Designed for the autumn season

Many people prepare fresh chestnuts only once because cutting into them with a knife can be dangerous. This specially shaped tool grips the shell securely and makes preparation as easy as peeling vegetables. It also works wonderfully on other hard-shelled nuts. Store it with your other small kitchen tools — it takes up hardly any space and can be used season after season.
