Mulberry Silk Pillowcase 50x75 cm 100 Percent Mulberry Silk Temperature-Regulating White Pink Champagne | Sansoti

100% Mulberry Silk Pillowcase, 50 by 75 Centimeters

Mulberry silk is made from silkworms that feed exclusively on mulberry leaves, resulting in a longer, more even fiber than wild silk. This is reflected in its even sheen and smooth, flawless feel. This pillowcase is made from 100% mulberry silk and measures 50 by 75 cm, designed for a standard 50 by 70 cm pillow with a comfortable, not-too-tight fit. Its fine fiber structure makes the fabric breathable and temperature-regulating: cool in summer and comfortable in winter.

Hotel or standard size, and how to wash silk

The pillowcase comes in a standard size for a 50 x 70 cm pillow and a roomier hotel size for those who prefer a looser fit, for example with a thicker or higher pillow. Silk requires gentle care: wash on a low spin cycle with a mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and dry flat or hanging in the shade rather than in the dryer. Iron on the lowest setting on the reverse side. This helps the fiber retain its sheen and keeps the surface smooth for years.
